DEJIA HYDRAULIC was established in 2013 and specializes in the production of wire-wrapped hoses, wire-braided hoses, drilling hoses, and flame-resistant high-pressure hoses. With an annual production capacity of 8 million standard meters, the company launched its own international brand “VECTOR HOSE” in 2025, while also offering OEM services to clients.

With years of experience in product research, design, manufacturing, and application, we provide tailored technical solutions for industries such as vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, mining, chemicals, fuel and gas transportation, oil and gas, food, and industrial hydraulics. Our facility is equipped with 36 wire-braiding machines capable of producing wrapped cover and smooth surface hoses ranging from 1/4 inch to 2 inches. Additionally, we operate 10 spiral winding production lines for manufacturing four and six wire spirals high-pressure hoses from 1/4 inch to 2 inches. For larger specifications, we have 3 large braiding machines and 2 large spiral winding production lines that produce oilfield and industrial hoses from 2-1/2 inches to 8 inches, catering to various pressure grades.

Quality Assurance

We strictly control the quality of every raw material, from Tensil strength testing to Flat vulcanizing apparatus, Mooney viscosity testing, Low temperature brittleness testing, High temperature aging testing. We conduct different tests for hoses with different properties and uses. Every batch of our high-pressure hoses undergoes standard impulse testing as part of our quality control.

Our company holds the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System certification, and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification.
