The handling of gasoline, diesel, biofuels, and other hydrocarbons demands that the hose have a high resistance to swelling, hardening and gas permeation. SAE 100 R2 and 100 R7 are not suitable for fuel lines in the truck or machinery applications For higher pressures & higher fuel line application in truck & machinery are typically 2 wire hydraulic hose one is used for suction line and other one is for return line ). For submerged use (in-tank fuel pumps) our Fuel Rubber Hose is covered with special compound covers. For flex fuel and high-ethanol blends (E85) select our Cpe Fuel Line Hose or FluoroCarbon-lined PTFE Hose. When safety is paramount, Fire-Resistant Hydraulic Hose and Flame Resistant Hose covers can be ordered. Always look for marine fuel hoses that comply with SAE J30 or ISO 7840.
